Award Recognizes best Business Plan in Annual Queen's Executive MBA New Venture Competition.
Clinetica President and CEO Mohamed Jagani received top award for the prestigious Queen's Executive MBA New Venture Prize Competition 2005 from the Queen's School of Business for his firm Clinetica Biosciences International, Inc. The award recognizes outstanding entrepreneurial new ventures and promising entrepreneurs at the Queen's School of Business. Mr. Jagani was selected by an independent panel of judges and venture capitalists who reviewed hundreds of business plans to select the final award winner for the $10,000 cash prize and an honorable mention in the Queen's Inquiry Alumni Magazine. The award was presented to Mr. Jagani at a Queen's EMBA 2005 Graduation gala dinner in May 2005 in Kingston Ontario by the Director of the Queen's Executive MBA National Program, Dr. Roger Wright, PhD.
In accepting the award, Mr. Jagani thanked the faculty at Queen's for providing an excellent breeding ground for budding entrepreneurs to explore their new venture ideas under the mentorship of excellent advisors.
