Mohamed Amin Jagani is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of Clinetica Biosciences International, Inc., a global provider of clinical drug development solutions to the biopharmaceutical industry. Since inception, Amin has focused the company - through organic growth, on the global outsourcing opportunity to help biopharmaceutical companies develop new medicines with a focus on quality, speed and value. Amin began his career in the mid nineties as a pharmacy assistant and went on to become a pharmacist. Over the years, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility in a variety of health care settings including pharmacy academia, community pharmacy, hospital and the pharmaceutical industry. In 1998 Amin joined Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals as a Clinical Research Associate. Later in 2000, Amin joined Eli Lilly & Company and worked his way up to become Global Project Manager responsible for overseeing the North and South American component of a large International clinical trial involving 10,000 patients in 26 countries around the world (RUTH Trial). In 2005, Amin moved on to the Contract Research Industry (CRO) and worked in a senior project management role at INC Research, a multinational CRO specializing in CNS and Oncology. Prior to becoming CEO of Clinetica, Amin served as Director of Operations for PPD Canada, Inc. a global multinational CRO with revenues in excess of $1 billion.

A native of East Africa (Mombasa, Kenya), Amin holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Cell & Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto, BPharm, professional degree in pharmacy from University of Toronto and an Executive MBA from the Queen's School of Business. Amin has served on the Board of Directors of the Wexford Long Term Care Corporation and is also licensed to practice pharmacy (R.Ph) with the Ontario College of Pharmacists. In 2005 Amin was awarded the prestigious Queen Executive MBA New Venture Prize for the best business plan amongst hundreds of candidates. Amin also serves as the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board for Clinetica Biosciences International, Inc.

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Elton Lau is the corporate officer primarily responsible for managing the financial risks associated with Clinetica Biosciences, Inc. He is responsible for overall financial planning/ reporting and communicating financial performance data to media and investors.

Elton brings several years of strong leadership skills and experience to Clinetica including various retail and analytical roles in the financial and investment industry, as well as senior management roles in the food and beverage industry. Elton's experience includes 10 years in the financial industry with increasing levels of responsibilities in positions such as Mutual Funds Analyst for RBC Dominion Securities Inc. Elton has also held various executive leadership roles in the food and beverage industry including serving as Director of Operations for Champions Teletheatres Inc., an independent organization with corporate alliances with the Ontario Jockey Club, Director of Public Relations for Sky Dragon Chinese Restaurant and Director and Executive Vice President of Devoted to You Inc., a boutique professional wedding planning corporation serving the niche high-end wedding planning market segment.

Elton holds an undergraduate degree B.Sc. in Human Biology from the University of Toronto and a graduate Executive MBA degree from the Queen's School of Business. Elton is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). In his spare time Elton enjoys learning new things. His most recent hobbies include enrolling in various extracurricular activities including volunteer work and participating in charity runs and bicycle rides. Elton holds an M2 motorcycle license.

As Clinetica's Chief Information Officer, Shahid is responsible for the corporation's information technology (IT) strategy and infrastructure and oversees Clinetica's strategic investments in streamlined IT tools and processes. He is also responsible for developing innovative IT solutions for drug development and ensuring that the right tools are in place to deliver streamlined pharmaceutical solutions that drive business value and competitive advantage for Clinetica's customers.

Shahid's career in the IT industry began almost a decade ago as an E-Commerce Programmer for Ziva Solutions, Inc. and moving on to progressively senior management roles in the IT sector working for a diverse array of public, private and non-profit corporations including IBM Canada, Inc., TD Bank, Inc. and most recently as Manager of Information Systems for Echo Marketing Solutions, Inc. In December 2000, Shahid founded ECNet Solutions, a Canadian corporation that today provides niche customized IT solutions to a cross-section of industry sectors including Insurance, Pharmaceuticals and information systems.

Shahid holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences & Information Systems from the University of Toronto.

As Chief Operating Officer for Clinetica Biosciences International, Inc., Wasim is responsible for overall management of the corporation's activities with a focus on strategic, tactical, and short-term operations management, including the design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver value for Clinetica's products and services. Wasim’s role also covers delivery of projects, developing client relations and maintaining client satisfaction levels. Wasim secondarily assists with Clinetica's consulting practice management, sales and marketing, supply chain management, strategic planning and business development.

Wasim has been a successful Consulting Practice Leader and Project Delivery Professional through a career that has spanned over 19 years. His diverse experience has been gained through various consulting, PM and corporate roles serving organizations large and small, public and private, on initiatives ranging from the delivery of large-scale complex Supply Chain and ERP projects to instituting organizational change and corporate growth strategies. Wasim has a firm foundation in structured project management techniques and an ability to adapt these appropriately into unique environments to optimize the performance of cross-functional teams. He strongly believes in a customer-centric approach that brings people, business processes and technology together toward profitable business performance. In addition to his significant experience leading and delivering projects, Wasim has provided Project Management methodology consultation, established Project Management Offices and delivery infrastructures, and mentored Project Managers in several organizations. When employed in corporate management positions, Wasim has also concurrently maintained hands-on active project roles as Executive Project Architect, Project Manager and Process Analyst.

Wasim also owns a consulting firm Business IS Tech Corporation, specializing in providing management consulting services to the IT industry. He brings two decades of IT management consulting experience to Clinetica and holds an Executive MBA from Queen's School of Business, Certified Management Accountant designation (CMA), Certified Management Consultant Designation (CMC) and Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. In addition, he is a member of Canadian Marketing Association. Wasim is also an Assistant Professor in IT Strategy at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. During his spare time Wasim enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling for leisure.
